TRACY ANNA EVANS
Salon 21 was established by Tracy in 2024 - following an extensive training course fully mentored by a leading UK Bristol based PMU Artist
After a decade of working as a talented wedding florist and raising a family, Tracy turned her creative energy towards her first passion - beauty and the art of permanent makeup
Having always been incredibly artistic, she now dedicates her time to working in the industry creating stunning eyebrows that are personalised to each clients face-shape, bone structure and hair colour
